How do I get started?

If the space is available, you can book and move in up to 7 days from today’s date by clicking the BOOK ONLINE button on our website. Alternatively, if you prefer, contact us and we’ll send you an online move-in link via email. Once you’ve completed the process, made the payment, and we’ve verified your ID, we’ll provide you with a gate access PIN and a map showing your unit's location. After that, you’re all set—we even provide you a padlock!

What can’t I put into storage?

Flammable goods, dangerous goods, perishable goods, stolen goods, illegal goods or environmentally harmful goods.

How do I pay?

We debit a credit card or your bank account automatically each month as all payments are in advance. We also accept deposit via BPAY.

Do I need insurance?

We always recommend that customers insure their belongings while in storage. Reach out to your insurance company or broker, inform them that you're storing with us, and they can often provide coverage at no additional cost.

How secure is my space?

Your unit is secured with your own padlock, and only you hold the keys. The entire facility is under camera surveillance, surrounded by security fencing and is accessed via PIN access security gate.
